Hi! I'm Lauren, a psychiatric PA-C and holistic mental health coach. I know first hand how exhausting and defeating it is to struggle with anxiety and depression despite trying so hard to get better. Mental health is my line of work - my brain's wheel house. And even after trying many of the strategies I had been professionally trained to recommend to clients, I found myself stuck in the same cycles of mental unwellness. 

I knew there had to be something missing. So after a lot of research, clinical experience, personal trial and error, and prayer - I discovered a framework for supporting my mental health that finally changed the game for me. Now, I offer 1-on-1 support to women who are looking to finally get free of anxiety and depression, for good this time. Because no one should have to settle for survival.
